Privacy policy
Effective October 31, 2026
This policy explains what information movewithnikki.com collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Nikki DeJulia LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “Move with Nikki”).
The short version
- We only collect what you type into the inquiry form, and we use it to reply to you.
- This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or social media trackers.
- We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, age (or the age range of your group), and a message. Anything else you choose to include in your message, such as health information or details about your goals, is shared at your discretion.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider’s servers keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. These logs are kept by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, under its own retention practices. We don’t use them to identify or profile visitors.
The form also includes two hidden spam checks: a field that only automated programs fill in, and a measure of how quickly the form was sent. Neither identifies you.
How we use your information
We use the information you send to:
- reply to your inquiry and answer your questions;
- recommend a class or session, and prepare a personalized wellness assessment and plan if you ask for one;
- arrange classes or sessions you sign up for; and
- keep basic records of our communications with you.
We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to. If we ever start a newsletter, joining it will be your choice, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.
Health information
You never need to share health details to send an inquiry. If you choose to tell us about a health condition, injury, or limitation, we use it only to respond to you and to adapt movements to your needs, and we treat it as confidential. Please don’t send medical records through the form. If detailed health information is needed, we’ll discuss the best way to share it.
When we share information
We share your information only:
- with service providers that make the site and email work, such as our web host and email provider, and only as needed to deliver your inquiry;
- when you ask us to, for example to coordinate with a senior center or community you represent; or
- when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t set cookies, doesn’t store anything in your browser, and doesn’t use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn’t send your information to outside companies.
Do Not Track. Because we don’t track visitors across websites, the site behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. No third parties are permitted to collect information about your activity on this site.
The site links to a few outside websites, such as our photographer’s gallery. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn’t cover.
How we protect your information
Every page of this site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), including the inquiry form. Inquiries are delivered by email to a private inbox. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to expose. If a security incident affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as they’re useful for responding to you and serving you as a student or client, and for any period the law requires. Ask us at any time and we’ll delete your information, unless we need to keep a record for legal reasons.
Your choices
Email us to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also use this site without giving us any personal information. Browsing the site requires none.
Children’s privacy
Nikki teaches classes for kids, but this website is meant for adults. If you’re asking about a class for a child, a parent or guardian should send the inquiry. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us information without a parent’s consent, we’ll delete it.
Photos on this site
Adults pictured in our class photos agreed to appear on this site, and we blur children’s faces to protect their privacy. If you or your child appear in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we’ll take it down.
Visitors outside the United States
Move with Nikki serves the Phoenix, Arizona area, and this site is intended for people in the United States. Information you send is handled in the United States.
California residents
Consistent with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, this policy describes the information we collect, who we share it with, how you can review or change it, how we respond to Do Not Track signals, and how we notify you of changes. You can visit this site anonymously.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
